In this highly digital age, it’s easy for one to be distracted and disappear on their own devices. Thus, sitting around a bonfire in the dark pulls everyone together, helping them reconnect with each other and nature.

Sharing stories is one of the most ever-green team-building activities since it improves bonding with your team through inspired storytelling. Everyone gathers around a circle, and people do a campfire chat. They share workplace experiences, refresh their memories, and get to know each other better.
