Due to the current pandemic and in compliance with the implementation of Extreme Community Quarantine, many businesses are forced to adapt the work-from-home setup. Many have to cancel their scheduled team building activity also.
But the need to continue support and connection among teammates does not end. In contrary, in times like this that team connection is greatly needed.

We at Quest Adventure Camp responded by developing the first ONLINE TEAM BUILDING program for Filipino teams.
We believe that team building while working from home is necessary and possible. Despite physical distancing, we can still help your company build connections, inspire teamwork, and uplift the team spirit of your employees #KahitNasaBahay ‒ through our Virtual Team Building activity!

Quest Adventure Camp Online Team Building is a 90-120 min online session via video conference.
It aims to strengthen connection, trust, communication, and team spirit among remote employees in these trying times.
We have different sets of activities per session that aims to strengthen connection, trust, communication and team spirit among remote employees. Sessions are designed for 8-12 participants.
We are committed in providing your team the best possible online experience. Per session, we provide three (3) facilitators – one energetic host and two technical moderators.
Yes, it’s fun! Why not?!
True to our tagline – Build through Play – we understand how play, not only for kids, but for adults as well, can be an effective tool to teach, heal, reconnect and build relationships. We learn while having fun! Plus the awesome memories that we get to reminisce and laugh about together makes the experience truly priceless. Of course, there are many ways to learn – play is our way!
